Return and Refund Policy
You may submit a return claim if you received an incorrect or defective item within 30 days of receiving your order. We will cover return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or damaged item).
📦 Return Eligibility
- Item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- Item must be in its original packaging, with tags if applicable
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. To initiate a return, please email us at support@oxvistore.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
🔍 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is defective or damaged
- You received the wrong item
We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
🚫 Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Refunds and replacements are only applicable for defective or incorrect items. We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Items ordered in error by the customer (wrong model, size, or design)
- Used or damaged items due to misuse
❌ Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24–48 hours of purchase. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
💰 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
